If you are planning on graduating this semester or this summer, you must complete the following requirements below by
Friday, February 23rd, 2018.

2018 COMMENCEMENT IS ON MAY 20TH

Graduation Application

The graduation application needs to be signed by you, your Academic Advisor, your Department Chair and Career Services. Incomplete applications WILL NOT be processed. The application needs to be completed for both graduates and undergraduates in this order:

  1. First you will submit your application to Jason Smith in Career Services via email at jsmith@na.edu or in person.
  2. Once you are cleared with Career Services, she will sign and return your application back to you.
  3. You will then get signatures from your Advisor and Department Chair either via email or in person.

 

Graduation Application Fee

The graduation application fee can be paid by clicking on the button below. Students are advised to return to this page following the fee payment to complete the other required steps.

 

Submit the Graduation Application and Fee Receipt to Registrar’s Office

Once all sections of the Graduation Application Form is completed and signed, submit the graduation application and the application fee receipt to the registrar’s office via email at registrar@na.edu or in person.

Clear any holds with Bursar’s or Financial Aid Office

It is recommended that you contact the Bursar’s Office and Financial Aid to make sure all financial obligations are met.

NOTE! Please understand that failure to meet any of the requirements listed above by February 23, 2018 will result in an inability to graduate and/or receive your diploma. In addition, graduation applications submitted after the deadline will incur a late fee of $30. Should your graduation be delayed, you will have to submit another graduation application to the Registrar’s Office by the next graduation deadline.
