ELIGIBILITY
To be considered for the Stallion Free Tuition Grant, eligible undergraduate students must meet all of the following requirements:
- First-time freshman or transfer student pursuing first undergraduate degree.
- Submit the latest FAFSA available by the University’s priority financial aid deadline.
- Qualify for the maximum Pell Grant (i.e., Student Aid Index (SAI) = -1500 to 0).
- Register full-time each semester (excluding winter and summer) for courses within degree program.
RENEWAL
The Stallion Free Tuition Grant may be renewed for up to four consecutive academic years (excluding winter and summer), provided students continue to meet all of the following requirements:
- Maintain minimum 2.25 CGPA by the end of each academic year.
- Register full-time each semester (excluding summer) for courses within degree program.
- Earn at least 24 credit hours by the end of each academic year.
- Meet SAP standards (maximum time frame & quantitative).
- Remain in good standing with the University (academic, financial, & disciplinary).
- Submit the latest FAFSA available by University’s priority financial aid deadline.
- Continue to qualify for the maximum Pell Grant (SAI = -1500 to 0).
