North American University, Stafford, TX, is seeking a full-time Computer User Support Specialists with the following job duties:

Maintain, and evaluate University’s existing network systems, ensure that network operates efficiently, troubleshoot local area networks and internet systems, read and follow directions technical manuals, conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve technical problems, create and implement training materials and procedures, and train users in the proper use of new and existing hardware.

We require a bachelor’s degree in computer science plus 12 months of experience in the job offered or computer teacher.
