Accept or Decline Aid

Once a student has been accepted into NAU and a valid FAFSA is received, the Financial Aid Office will determine the student’s eligibility and offer awards via Financial Aid Student Portal. Students will be notified via email to accept, reduce, or decline the aid offered.

All necessary documents, including verification documents, entrance counseling, Master Promissory Note (MPN), and loan acceptance, must be received by the second to last week before the semester ends

Additional documents may be required before a student is eligible for financial aid disbursement. To review and submit required documents, select the red box in the Financial Aid Student Portal shown below.
